Albums written by the Late John Lennon are now being repaired using the latest digital technology in a attempt to restore them for fans. The timing has been around the singers 70th birthday where his widow Yoko Ono has worked with engineers as well as London’s Abbey Road Studios on the project. The project involves recreating the 121 tracks that John Lennon wrote and created over the span of his solo career. This will once again allow fans and musicians to appreciate the gift he had as a songwriter, musician and vocalist. The singer was murdered at the age of 40 by gun shot outside his home in New York on the 8th December 1980.
