The trial has started in America of a 25 year old man being sued for £2.7M for illegally sharing files. The intriguing part of this tale however was the opening statement of the defendant, he claimed that when the music industry went digital it meant they were unable to hold onto their songs. The defendant claimed he was just doing what kids do!
